How it works

From Capture One to your client, and back again.

Set up Stabble and run your first proofing session — the whole flow, step by step.

Requires macOS to publish · the client gallery works on any device
01

Create your studio account

Sign up at app.stabble.io and your studio is ready in seconds. Every plan starts with a free trial — no card required, no setup call.

Install the macOS companion

Download the installer and run it once. It adds the Stabble actions to Capture One and installs the WebProof export recipe for you — nothing to configure by hand. Then sign in from the menu-bar app with your studio email.

03

Publish a session from Capture One

Open your session and run Publish active session from the Scripts menu. Stabble exports web-sized previews and creates a private client gallery with a link and an access code.

04

Share the gallery with your client

Send the link and the access code. Your client opens it in any browser — desktop, tablet or phone — enters their email and the code, and starts reviewing. No account, no install, unlimited reviewers.

Your client rates and selects

Star ratings, color tags and comments, plus a side-by-side compare mode — and your client can draw straight on a photo to point at a detail. Every pick syncs back to your Capture One session live, as it happens.

Annotations travel both ways

Circle a crop, mark a retouch: annotations drawn in Capture One show up in the client gallery, and what your client draws online comes back to you — as vectors, so they stay sharp at any zoom and in the PDF export. Two separate layers, so neither ever overwrites the other.

Retrieve the selection in Capture One

Run Retrieve selection and the ratings, tags and comments flow straight into your session. Or export a clean, client-ready PDF contact sheet in one click — annotations included if you want them.
