Use the link in your receipt e-mail, or go to paddle.net and choose “Request refund”. You can also write to [email protected] from your account e-mail address, with your studio name: we will pass your request to Paddle and follow it with you.
Taxes are calculated, collected and remitted by Paddle. When a payment is refunded, the corresponding taxes are refunded with it.
